Contrasted experience

Since the inception of the MIR training system in the mid-1980s, the service has continuously had medical residents in training, usually filling two vacancies per year.

Integrated formation

The training of our residents is based on their complete integration in the medical assistance care work, taking on responsibilities progressively in their activity in outpatients, emergencies and the operating room.

Academic perspective

Residents' training is complemented by theoretical seminars that cover the three ENT disciplines on a cyclical and annual basis.

In addition, his participation in the dissection courses organized by the service and the realization of bibliographic review and clinical cases sessions.

Research opportunity

During the residency, the residents usually collaborate and work on the different research projects carried out in the service, and they are encouraged to start doctoral studies that are tutored by the assistants of the service.
